At Humane Yoga, we believe in movement that meets you where you are. Whether you're craving dynamic strength, slow release, soulful ritual or restorative stillness, our classes are designed to support you through every season.
Our Fusion classes combine Pilates, strength, and yoga into one steady, balanced practice. You’ll find them listed on the timetable as Sculpt or Strength & Stretch.

Foundations: Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to the mat.
Our Foundations Series is designed to build confidence, understanding and connection — whether you’re brand new to yoga and Pilates, or simply looking to reconnect with the basics. You'll explore breath, alignment, and movement at a steady, supportive pace in a small-group environment. This is your invitation to begin (or begin again) with intention.

Yang Yoga: Dynamic movement + mindful strength
A strong, flowing practice that builds heat, focus, and resilience. Expect energising sequences, breath-led transitions, and opportunities to build strength through steady holds and dynamic flow. Rooted in traditional styles of vinyasa or hatha, our Yang classes are a favourite for those wanting to feel empowered, clear and uplifted.
Sculpt (Fusion): Pilates + Yang + Strength Work
A dynamic blend of Pilates, strength training, and mindful yoga flow. Sculpt is designed to build stability, strength and mobility while keeping breath and alignment front and centre. You’ll alternate between core-focused blocks and dynamic sequences — a balanced class to energise and empower.
Core + Calm (Pilates): Gentle core connection + breath-focused movement
This mat-based class brings together Pilates foundations with mindful breathwork. Ideal for early mornings or midweek resets, Core + Calm improves posture, activates the deep core, and supports nervous system regulation. A soft strength class with long-term benefits.
Strength & Stretch (Fusion): Pilates strength + Yin-inspired release
Begin with core-focused Pilates strength work, then slow into deeply releasing Yin-style stretches. This Saturday staple supports balance between effort and ease, giving your body the chance to both activate and unwind.
Yin Yoga: Slow. Still. Deeply restorative.
A practice of stillness and depth. Yin targets the fascia and connective tissues through long-held postures supported by props. Expect deep stretches, breath awareness, and time to slow down and listen inward. A grounding, nourishing class for all levels.
Qi Gong: Energetic flow + breath-led movement + meditation
A mindful movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qi Gong is slow, intentional, and energetically potent — designed to support the flow of life force (Qi) through the body. Expect simple movements, visualisation, and a calm nervous system by the end.
Restore: Gentle. Supportive. Deep rest.
Perfect for nervous system reset. Restore is a restful class that uses bolsters, blankets, sound, and breathwork to bring the body into stillness. Ideal for those feeling depleted, stressed, or needing support during change.
Wildcard: Surprise classes guided by the lunar cycle
Expect anything from Yin to Qi Gong, Pilates, sound, or flow — always intuitively timed with the moon. A fun way to try something new or move intuitively with the season.
Moon Circles: Movement, ritual, cacao + sound healing
Held fortnightly on Thursday evenings, these circles invite you to connect deeply with yourself and the lunar cycle. We move through practices that combine gentle movement, ritual, journaling, breathwork, cacao, and sound. Each circle is themed to align with the astrological energy of the full or new moon, offering space for emotional insight, intuitive clarity, and soulful release.
Soulful Sessions: Monthly $20 community class for rest + reflection
A 75-minute slow and nourishing practice offered most months on a weekend chosen by the teacher. Soulful Sessions are essentially a Wildcard class — chosen and guided by the teacher’s unique style. It could be a slow flow, Yin, Pilates, a sound bath or a blend of all four. Expect movement, breathwork, deep rest and some magic. Open to all — no experience needed.
Private Sessions: One-on-one movement + energetic support
Available in 30, 60 or 90-minute formats, our private sessions are tailored to your needs — from building yoga or pilates confidence to nervous system recovery. Packages available for ongoing support. Bookable Saturdays or by appointment. Click here for details.
