Private and Semi Private Sessions

A more personalised way to practise — combining one-on-one support with small group sessions to help you move, feel and live well.

Start with a Private Session (1:1)

A private session is the best place to begin.

Together, we’ll explore your body, your movement patterns, and what you’re working toward — whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, reducing pain, or simply feeling more connected in yourself.

Each session is tailored to you, blending movement, breath, and deeper support where needed.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body, and a simple, personalised way to continue your practice.

Continue with Semi-Private Practice (Max 4)

Once your practice is established, you can continue in a small group setting.

These sessions bring together up to four people, each working through their own personalised program with guidance and support.

It’s a way to stay consistent, build strength over time, and feel supported — without the intensity or pace of a traditional class.

A Practice That Supports the Whole of You

Private sessions may include:

  • strength and mobility work

  • Pilates-based movement and conditioning

  • yoga and breath-led practice

  • nervous system regulation

  • restorative work and integration

  • sound and energetic support where needed

Each session is shaped around where you are — physically, mentally and emotionally.

This way of working is suited to those who:

  • want a more personalised approach to their practice

  • are returning after injury, illness or time away

  • feel overwhelmed in group class environments

  • want to build strength and confidence progressively

  • are looking for deeper, more intentional support
